Long term non-recourse debt, generally a fixed rate for 10 year and 25 to 30 year amortizations. Loan amounts start at $5M.

We have a number of investors that we work with. Some prefer joint venture equity and others prefer a variety of structures.

With loan amounts beginning at $1M for multi- family, student housing.

We can offer mezzanine equity for multifamily beginning at $500k. Larger loans available for other property types on a case-by-case basis.

We have a variety of construction loans that we are able to arrange. Generally loans begin at $5M and up. Some are non-recourse and others are traditional. Please call with your scenario.

Minimum loan amount is $500K. for owner-occupied properties and hotel construction.

Bridge loans begin at $1M. Funds can be used for the repositioning of a property, adaptive reuse in some cases, such as a property going through lease-up.

We work with our customers at the inception of a planned project all the way through closing to make certain that the numbers work and will be acceptable to a proposed lender or investor.
