We can offer mezzanine equity for multifamily beginning at $500k. Larger loans available for other property types on a case-by-case basis.

SBA 504 Loans
Minimum loan amount is $500K. for owner-occupied properties and hotel construction.
Bridge loans begin at $1M. Funds can be used for the repositioning of a property, adaptive reuse in some cases, such as a property going through lease-up.
